The Solitude Practice
A five week group counseling experience.
Together we will learn, practice, reflect, and process.

Week 1 - The Quiet Place
Together we will learn about solitude and the quiet place, practice skills, reflect, and process.
Session includes group video lessons and workbook exercises.

Week 2 - Encounter With Our Self
Together we will learn about encountering our self, our emotions, our resistance, practice skills, reflect, and process.
Session includes group video lessons and workbook exercises.

Week 3 - Encounter With Our Enemy
Together we will learn about encountering the enemy (world, flesh, devil), practice skills, reflect, and process.
Session includes group video lessons and workbook exercises.

Week 4 - Encounter With Our God
Together we will learn about encountering God at the innermost place of our being, practice skills, reflect, and process.
Session includes group video lessons and workbook exercises.

Week 5 - Moving Forward in the Way
Together we will process and apply how to move forward in the way of solitude as a community.
