I Provide the following services:

Individual Counseling

I offer individual counseling in person and online. Each counseling session is 45 minutes.

Initial Intake Session: $175

Follow Up Sessions: $165

*Private pay and insurance options available.

EMDR Intensive Sessions

EMDR Intensive sessions can be both virtual and in-person. These sessions range anywhere from 90 minutes to multiple days and provide clients the time to move through a heightened level of clinical treatment in an extended session format. Ready to set aside time for deep, fast, and lasting healing? Intensives are for you!

Walk and Talks

Walk and talks are a proven clinical method that helps build the therapeutic relationship and strengthen bilateral processing skills in your mind-body connection.

*Only offered for follow-up sessions.

Speaking Engagements

I provide lectures, podcasts, sermons, and other professional engagements upon request. Whether the topic is a psycho-educational matter, ministry request, or clinical training, I am your go-to collaborator.

  • Your first appointment is an intake session where we will discuss your needs and reasons for seeking therapy in more detail, discuss our therapeutic relationship, begin to establish the best clinical plan for your needs, and learn any immediate skills to help you regulate before your next session.

  • YES! I offer both in network insurance care and private pay services! Together, we can choose the system of payment that is best for you!

  • I work with adolescents, teens, twenties, and thirties. Think 6th grade to individuals in their 30’s.
